LOCAL LIVING PROJECT
LOCAL LIVING PROJECT

Yes. Downloading the app, creating an account, and browsing business owners is always free. A small service fee (4%, min $0.99) is added when you place an order.
We are currently live in Central & Southern Oregon. We're expanding — learn about our Community Partner program if you'd like to see us come to your town!
When it is released which should be sometime in July 2026 to shoppers, Search "Local Living Project" in the Apple App Store or Google Play, or visit locallivingproject.com for direct download links.
You can browse business owner listings from the app without an account, but you'll need to create a free account to place orders.
Local food producers and farms, everyday good providers, artisan makers and craftspeople, and local service providers, all in one app. Fresh produce, baked goods, specialty foods, beverages, jewelry, pottery, candles, clothing, toothpaste, clothing, supplements, home goods, art, tutors, photographers, wellness practitioners, landscapers, and more.
Every business owner is verified to be locally owned and operated before setting up their store front. We check this during the application process.
Cannabis and hemp businesses are not onboarded due to federal payment processing restrictions. Businesses where alcohol is the primary offering are also not listed (a values-based decision). All other local businesses are welcome to apply.
Yes. Search by business name, product type, category, or keyword. You can also browse by category or sort by distance, ratings, or what's new.
Not yet. Right now you order from one local business owner at a time, one business per cart. When you want items from another local business, just start a new order. We know shopping from several businesses in a single cart would be convenient, and it's on our roadmap, but for now each cart supports one business owner so orders stay accurate and easy to fulfill.
Every business owner offers pickup, delivery, or both, and many also offer shipping. You choose the option that works best for you at checkout. Options vary by business owner, and the available choices are clearly shown on each business owner’s listing and again at checkout.
When you select pickup, you'll coordinate directly with the business owner (through the app) about when and where to pick up. Pickup is always free.
Delivery is handled by our third-party delivery network, not the business owner. A driver picks up your prepared order and brings it to you. A delivery fee set by the delivery service is shown at checkout.
Some business owners offer shipping for non-perishable items. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are set by the business owner and shown at checkout not Local Living Project.
You'll get status updates via push notification and in the app. For delivery orders, real-time tracking (where available) shows the order's progress.
Contact us at support@locallivingproject.com or through in-app support. We'll work with you and the business owner to resolve the issue.
Cancellation is possible if the business owner hasn't yet started preparing. Contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on preparation stage.
